Transit Services I've Been On

In this second introduction post, here is a list of transit services I have ridden on in the past.

The list below is broken down by agency, then by route. You'll see the Route #, followed by the name (if applicable), and then the endpoints (This does not mean I have ridden the entire route, however).

Votran (Volusia County, FL)
  • Route 1 (North Atlantic Ave: Transfer Plaza to Ormond Mall)
  • Route 5 (Center Street: Transfer Plaza to Nova & Flomich)
  • Route 7 (South Nova: Transfer Plaza to Nova & Dunlawton)

LYNX (Orlando-metro)
Note, LYNX calls their routes, "Links"

  • Link 36 (Lake Richmond: LYNX Central Station to Prince Hall Blvd & Bruton Blvd)
  • Link 38 (Downtown Orlando/International Drive: LYNX Central Station to International Drive Circulator)
  • Link 50 (Downtown Orlando/Magic Kingdom: LYNX Central Station to Disney Magic Kingdom)
  • Link 102 (Orange Ave/South US HWY 17/92: LYNX Central Station to Fern Park Superstop)
  • Link 107 (Florida Mall/Downtown Orlando: LYNX Central Station to Florida Mall)
  • Link 111 (Orlando International Airport/SeaWorld: Orlando International Airport to SeaWorld)

SunRail (Orlando-metro)

SunRail is only one line, I have been on the almost entire system, and passed through every station except for Poinciana Station.

Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) (Boston-metro)

  • Red Line (Braintree to Alewife)
  • Blue Line (Government Center to Wonderland)
  • Green Line (Lechmere to Boston College (B), Cleveland Circle (C), Riverside (D), Heath (E)
  • Orange Line (Oak Grove to Forest Hills)
Bus:
  • Silver Line (SL4 - Dudley Station to South Station)
  • An Orange Line set at Oak Grove.
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Agency (WMATA) (Washington, D.C.-metro)
Rail:
  • Red Line (Shady Grove to Glenmont)
  • Blue Line (Franconia-Springfield to Largo Town Center)
  • Yellow Line (Huntington to Mount Vernon (all times)/Fort Totten (Rush hours and weekends)
